About us
Beeology is a word formation inspired by the Greek suffix -ology (means the science of) and the word bee. The brand name concerns the science of bees. Alekos Haridemos, our Founder fell in love with nature, bees, and well-being, which let him to beekeeping.
When the flower blooms, the bees come uninvited.

Thyme Honey
Blonde, amber Aroma – Taste: Intense and aromatic taste. Highly therapeutic benefits (antimicrobial action, prevents the growth of bacteria and other pathogens). Crystallizes in 8-12 months. It comes from traditional thyme spots of the Cypriot countryside.
Blossom Honey
Brown to red colour. Balanced aroma and distinct taste. Helps the digestive system and boosts energy and well-being. Crystallizes in 4-6 months. It is produced during spring and summer flowering (e.g. eucalyptus, wild lavender, thyme).
Orange Honey
Light, amber yellow-orange colour. Mild and delicate aroma. Velvety texture and mild sweet flavour with rather faint but distinctive notes of orange. Rich in vitamin C, with an anxiolytic and calming effect. Crystallizes relatively quickly in 2-3 months. Produced in springtime from Cypriot orange groves.
